Each Player may hold only one active Account on pgi188 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a Restricted Activity and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a personal email address that you own and control. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date. pgi188 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a Player.
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. pgi188 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any instruction purportedly from pgi188 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All pgi188 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The Account currency cannot be changed after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. pgi188 strongly recommends that you:
pgi188 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access was facilitated by a Player's failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, pgi188 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at other points during the Account lifecycle at pgi188's discretion.
Players will be asked to submit clear digital copies of the following documents:
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during business hours (09:00 – 21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.
pgi188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer to accounts held with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon; and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name and must match the name on the Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Players who wish to withdraw amounts above the standard maximum may contact customer support to arrange a split disb ursement schedule.
Deposits made via bank transfer are credited to your Account within 1 to 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (00:00 – 24:00 WIB). pgi188 does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which pgi188 accepts no responsibility.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. pgi188 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pgi188 may apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 25,000 to dormant Accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in. Players will receive prior notice via email before dormancy fees are applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pgi188 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting markets contribute 100% unless otherwise specified.
Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period — typically 7 or 30 days from issuance — will be automatically removed from the Player's Account, along with any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds. The validity period for each promotion is clearly stated in its terms.
pgi188 employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal variance; coordinated wagering across multiple accounts; and the use of automated betting software. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.
If a Player requests a withdrawal before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, pgi188 will remove all outstanding bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings from the Account Balance prior to processing the withdrawal. Only the Player's real-money Balance at the time of the withdrawal request will be disbursed.
pgi188 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual and slot games, and partners exclusively with licensed live-dealer studios including Evolution Gaming to deliver live casino content. All game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not subject to manipulation by pgi188 or any third party.
Sports betting markets — including bandar bola (dealer-assisted football betting), mix parlay (combination accumulators), and voor bola (Asian handicap) — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the sport's governing body. In the event of a disputed result, settlement will be deferred until the governing body issues a final determination.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest pricing error is identified prior to settlement; or the bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently offered in error. pgi188 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
Single-event maximum win amounts apply to all betting markets and are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated return. This policy applies to all markets including slots, live casino, sports, and togel draws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgi188 platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
All content on the pgi188 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and the pgi188 brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgi188 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pgi188.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or suspension.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgi188 shall not be liable for:
In all cases where pgi188's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pgi188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In cases of suspected fraud, the Account Balance may be frozen pending investigation.
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination and remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of pgi188 as a licensed international gaming operator. Where no specific governing jurisdiction is stated, the parties agree that disputes will be resolved in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. pgi188 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the Player's written complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute with pgi188 will be pursued on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding against pgi188.
pgi188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
